INGREDIENTS:

PREP:

  • Soak dates in water for 30 minutes and drain it (save the liquid).
  • Put it in the blender and process it until it becomes a paste (you can use a little bit of the water to help it).
  • Add soy linseed, almond, sunflower seeds, and Onest chocolate vegan protein.
  • Blend it until smooth.
  • Roll it on the preferable size and pass on the shaved coconut.
