VEGAN ENERGY BALL
- 10un pitted dates
- 1tbsp soy linseed
- 1tbsp sliced almond
- 1tbsp Onest chocolate vegan protein
- 1/2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- Shaved coconut
- Soak dates in water for 30 minutes and drain it (save the liquid).
- Put it in the blender and process it until it becomes a paste (you can use a little bit of the water to help it).
- Add soy linseed, almond, sunflower seeds, and Onest chocolate vegan protein.
- Blend it until smooth.
- Roll it on the preferable size and pass on the shaved coconut.
