INGREDIENTS:

PREP:

  • Soak Dates in water for 30 minutes and drain it (save the liquid).
  • Put it in the blender and process it until it becomes a paste (you can use a little bit of the water to help it).
  • Add Soy linseed, Almond, Sunflower seeds, and Onest chocolate vegan protein
  • Blend it until smooth.
  • Roll it on the preferable size and pass on the shaved Coconut.
