VEGAN ENERGY BALL

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10un pitted dates
  • 1tbs soy linseed
  • 1tbs sliced almond
  • 1tbs chocolate vegan protein
  • 1/2 tbs sunflower seeds
  • shaved coconut

PREP:

  • soak dates in water for 30 minutes and drain it ( save the liquid)
  • put it in the blender and process it until becomes a paste ( you can use little bit of the water to help it)
  • add soy linseed , almond, sunflower seeds and vegan protein
  • blend it until smooth
  • roll it on the preferable size and pass on the shaved coconut
