SUPER BERRY SHAKE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300ml soy milk
  • 1 1/2 tbs vanilla protein
  • 5 fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup of mix frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • mint

PREP:

  • add the soy milk in the blender and mix with the protein powder for few seconds
  • chop strawberries and banana, add all fruits to the milk and protein mixture
  • blend until smooth
  • serve cold and garnish with mint and one strawberry
