TROPICAL COCONUT AND MANGO SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g ripe Mangos peeled and cut in chunk pieces
  • 1 scoop Onest Vanilla Whey protein 
  • 2 Ice cubes
  • 70g Coconut yogurt
  • 200ml Coconut water 
  • 3g Chia seeds
  • 3g shredded Coconut

PREP:

  1. Add the Mangos, ice, Coconut yogurt and Coconut water into the blender and blend still the ice is totally melted.
  2. Serve on a long glass and finish it with the Chia and toasted Coconut on top.
