TROPICAL COCONUT AND MANGO SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g ripe mangos peeled and cut in chunk pieces
  • 1 scoop Onest vanilla protein 
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 70g Coconut yogurt
  • 200ml coconut water 
  • 3g chia seeds
  • 3g shredded coconut

PREP:

  1. Add the mangos, ice, coconut yogurt and coconut water to the blend and blend still the ice is totally melted.
  2. Serve on a long glass and finish it with the chia and toasted coconut on top.
