BANANA & COCONUT AFTER WORKOUT SMOOTHIE
- 2 regular frozen banana
- 400ml raw coconut water
- 50g toasted shredded coconut
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp of Onest vanilla protein
- Toasted shredded coconut and cacao nibs for toppings
- Blend frozen bananas, coconut water, shredded coconut, dates and Onest vanilla protein.
- Pour in a large cup.
- Finish with cacao nibs and toasted shredded coconut for toppings.
