BANANA & COCONUT AFTER WORKOUT SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 regular frozen banana
  • 400ml raw coconut water
  • 50g toasted shredded coconut
  • 2 pited dates
  • 1 tbs of vanilla protein
  • topping toasted shredded coconut and cacao nibs

PREP:

  • blend frozen bananas , coconut water, shredded coconut, dates and vanilla protein pour in a large cup.
  • finish with cacao nibs and toasted shredded coconut
