BANANA & COCONUT AFTER WORKOUT SMOOTHIE
- 2 regular frozen Banana
- 400ml raw Coconut water
- 50g toasted shredded Coconut
- 2 pitted Dates
- 1 tbsp of Onest vanilla Whey protein
- Toasted shredded Coconut and Cacao nibs for toppings
- Blend frozen Bananas, Coconut water, shredded Coconut, Dates and Onest vanilla Whey protein.
- Pour in a large cup.
- Finish with Cacao nibs and toasted shredded Coconut for toppings.
