BANANA & COCONUT AFTER WORKOUT SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 regular frozen Banana
  • 400ml raw Coconut water
  • 50g toasted shredded Coconut
  • 2 pitted Dates
  • 1 tbsp of Onest vanilla Whey protein
  • Toasted shredded Coconut and Cacao nibs for toppings

PREP:

  • Blend frozen Bananas, Coconut water, shredded Coconut, Dates and Onest vanilla Whey protein
  • Pour in a large cup.
  • Finish with Cacao nibs and toasted shredded Coconut for toppings.
