BANANA & COCONUT AFTER WORKOUT SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 regular frozen banana
  • 400ml raw coconut water
  • 50g toasted shredded coconut
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp of Onest vanilla protein
  • Toasted shredded coconut and cacao nibs for toppings

PREP:

  • Blend frozen bananas, coconut water, shredded coconut, dates and Onest vanilla protein
  • Pour in a large cup.
  • Finish with cacao nibs and toasted shredded coconut for toppings.
