POST WORKOUT RICE PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:

PREP:

  1. In a Microwave proof container, cook the Rice in the Almond milk covered on high for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from the Microwave stir and cook for further 5 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Once cold mix the protein until well combined with no lump.
  5. Top with Coconut shaved.
