POST WORKOUT RICE PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:
- 200g Arborio Rice
- 900ml Almond Milk
- 3 Scoops Onest Whey Protein white chocolate
- 20g Coconut Shaved
PREP:
- In a Microwave proof container, cook the Rice in the Almond milk covered on high for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the Microwave stir and cook for further 5 minutes.
- Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes.
- Once cold mix the protein until well combined with no lump.
- Top with Coconut shaved.
