DRAGON BERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g Frozen purple Dragon Fruit
  • 80g Frozen Strawberries
  • 35g Blueberries
  • 1/2 scoop of Onest vanilla Whey Protein
  • 200ml Coconut Water
  • 10g Chia seeds

PREP:

  • Add all the ingredients in the mixer and blend until smooth
  • Serve in a long glass topped with some Chia seeds and garnish with fresh Blueberries
