ANCIENT GRAINS PORRIDGE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g Oats
  • 30g Quinoa
  • 30g Chia
  • 15g Goji Berry
  • 120g Banana
  • 0.1g Cinnamon powder
  • 1 scoop of Onest Whey Protein
  • 350ml Almond Milk
  • 10g Honey

PREP:

  1. With medium heat put the Almond milk, honey, Onest whey protein and Cinnamon in a Sauce pan and stir until the Honey completely dissolves in the liquid.
  2. Add the Oat, Quinoa and Chia and cook for 8 - 10 minutes or until the grains are completely cooked.
  3. Serve in a bowl and top with sliced Bananas and Goji berries.
  4. If wanted a more sweet porridge can finish with some extra Honey.
