ANCIENT GRAINS PORRIDGE
- 100g Oats
- 30g Quinoa
- 30g Chia
- 15g Goji Berry
- 120g Banana
- 0.1g cinnamon powder
- 1 scoop of Onest Whey Protein
- 350ml Almond Milk
- 10g Honey
- With medium heat put the almond milk, honey, Onest whey protein and cinnamon in a sauce pan and stir until the honey completely dissolves in the liquid.
- Add the Oat, quinoa and chia and cook for 8 - 10 minutes or until the grains are completely cooked.
- Serve in a bowl and top with sliced bananas and goji berries
- If wanted a more sweet porridge can finish with some extra honey.
