• 400g Pumpkin peeled and cored cut in small cubes
  • 4 Garlic cloves peeled
  • 80ml Tahini paste
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 3g Salt
  • 1g Black pepper
  • 1g Turmeric powder
  • 20ml Olive oil
  • 20g Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 40g Dukkah


  1. In a medium tray with put the Pumpkin and Garlic, dress it with Olive oil, Salt, Turmeric and Black pepper. Roast it for 10 to 15 minutes or until the Pumpkin is completely soft. Remove from the oven and let it cool down.
  2. Add the roasted Pumpkin and Garlic to the blender with the Tahini, Olive oil and Lemon juice and blend until super smooth. adjust Salt and texture adding little bit more Olive oil or Lemon juice
  3. Put the Hummus in a bowl and garnish with Dukkah and Parsley
  4. Serve with Crackers on the side
