AFTER WORKOUT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium Banana
- 1 Kiwi, peeled cut in cubes
- 250ml Almond Milk
- 30g Spinach
- 1 scoop Onest Vanilla Whey Protein
- 150ml Coconut Water
- 2g of Almond flakes
- 4 Ice cubes
PREP:
- Add all the ingredients on the mixer and blend until smooth
- Serve on a long glass topped with the Almond flakes
