CHIA PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:
- 50g Chia Seeds
- 1 scoop Onest Vanilla Whey Protein
- 100ml Coconut Milk
- 40g Shaved Coconut
- 8ml Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 40ml Coconut Yogurt
- 5ml Blue Food Coloring
- 30g Blueberries
STEPS:
- Mix the blue food coloring with the maple syrup and coconut milk.
- Combine the milk mixture with the Onest Vanilla Whey Protein.
- Mix the chia seeds into the wet mixture and pour into a glass or bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Layer pudding with the coconut yogurt and top with blueberries.
