CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 50g Chia Seeds
  • 1 scoop Onest Vanilla Whey Protein 
  • 100ml Coconut Milk
  • 40g Shaved Coconut
  • 8ml Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 40ml Coconut Yogurt
  • 5ml Blue Food Coloring
  • 30g Blueberries

STEPS:

  1. Mix the blue food coloring with the maple syrup and coconut milk.
  2. Combine the milk mixture with the Onest Vanilla Whey Protein.
  3. Mix the chia seeds into the wet mixture and pour into a glass or bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Layer pudding with the coconut yogurt and top with blueberries.
